Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@goldenspicecosmetics.com as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence will be required when requesting refunds or replacement items.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days for verified damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@goldenspicecosmetics.com.
